SUGGESTED DOSE
There are four gummies per package, each containing 500mg of psilocybin for a total of 2 grams per package. The effects can last from 3-6 hours and are fast acting.
 
For beginners we suggest eating half of one gummy or one gummy to start and then waiting at least an hour before eating more. For more experienced users eating one or two to begin with may be suitable.
